🔧 Manufacturing Defect Replacement
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (damage, misprint, stitching issue, etc.), we will replace it free of charge.
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
- Include photos or videos showing the defect when you contact us.

📏 Size Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time size exchange per order to help you get the perfect fit.
Terms:
- You must request the exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
- A nominal charge (shipping + handling) will apply for the exchange.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products returned without original tags or in used condition
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
- Customized or limited-edition items
- Orders placed during special campaigns (unless clearly stated)
💸 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed, except:
- If the item is out of stock after purchase
- If we’re unable to deliver the product for logistical reasons
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch (within 24 hours)
In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
